Horrendous! Too many people making up their own process. Upload, email, Whatsapp, phone, yet still you don’t check anything until I’m sitting at the RTA office, then you tell me you don’t know that a Mercedes S600 has 12 cylinders!!!!!! Why didn’t you check all these documents last week? Why am I STILL waiting????
