Very easy to book, entering obvious dates, timings etc with instant availability shown. Long Stay was very convenient but I made the mistake of thinking that number plate recognition would lift the barrier on exit - my booking code was in the boot! Push button service checked my details verbally and quickly let me through. Generally very impressed but I do think the airport parking charges are disproportionally high.
