Wish I'd found this review site before ordering. I'm sure the physical cafe/shop setup is great but as an online business I would steer clear. To be fair they were pretty good at sorting out my refund but that was about it. I ordered a record that was 'in stock' but a month later nothing had come of it. After emailing to find out where it was up to I received a pretty blasé response that amounted to 'Oh yeah, soz... that record's on... erm... back-order, yeah that's it' (read: we took your money for a record that's long-since disappeared from our shop and have no intention of finding it for you or even bothering to notify you of this but hey, thanks for the cash'). I was asked if I wanted to swap it out for another order and thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt but the site search is non-functioning so you just have to browse manually. When I did find a couple of records I was interested in they were out of stock once you clicked through to them to find out more. I must've spent an hour and a half on there and was left totally frustrated. In short, please avoid Pie And Vinyl for your own sanity: Absolutely zero comms, a web shop that barely functions and email responses that left me wondering if they actually care about running an online shop. Stick to the pie, guys - I'm sure it's great.
