Do NOT book these people. They came and tried to do extra work that wasn’t required. Broke part of our toilet and got feces all over the floor. I asked him to leave my house multiple times and he refused, he antagonised us by telling me he was leaving then took 10 minutes slowly packing up his stuff while I stood there and filmed it. They are con artists. And didn’t fix a single thing but I still had to pay £400 only after I said I wasn’t paying the original £650.
DO NOT HIRE THEM, the worst experience I’ve ever had!
