Packed train, service delayed for the most insane reasons eg. We can't find a train while I was sat on the train they were talking about (3 hours in Salisbury).
The staff redefine what it is to be rude, apathetic and aggravating. The only company where staff have been so obnoxious i complained.
Not to mention their lack of booking system and overpacked trains are danger out in the pandemic.
