We awoke to no water today, phoned the emergency number 6am, noticed SWW van outside our house by 6.25 and gave us emergency water and advised us the meter was old and needed to be removed and replaced. They arrived 8.25am and removed and replaced. We are so impressed with your excellent customer service and no fuss approach to our problem. Thank you.
