I received part of my order and the receipt said one of the items I had ordered was out of stock. A few days later I received an item that I hadn't ordered, I'm assuming in place of the one that was out of stock. The original item that I had ordered was still available on the website and I email to say the alternative wasn't suitable and I would rather have the original item ordered. I didn't get a response so emailed a further 2 times still with no response so I have gave up trying. I think your customer service is poor and I will not be ordering from your website again.
