Ordered sparklers for an event, paid for next day delivery. Sparklers didn't arrive on time, but the day after. It meant I had to get more sparklers from a supermarket. Asked whether I could get a refund for the delivery costs but was told its the delivery companies fault and they take no responsibility. Very poor customer service. I will never order here again!
