Great customer service and helped me track my order and ensured it arrived on time for our event.
Contents were exchanged for same as out of stock on lines ordered and sent extra!
might need to consider courier packaging as the parcel was taped so tightly some of 'sparkler material' had cracked and fallen off which impacted the sparkler experience once lit - but this happens with store bought sparklers as well so still score a 5 star rating
