I ordered 14 packets of 10" indoor sparklers. I got a phone call that evening to let me know they were out of stock and what they could offer me instead. This was because I ordered 48 hour delivery and they wanted to get them to me as quickly as possible. We decided on the 18" sparklers instead, and were not charged any extra. Overall good customer service and very helpful, would buy from again.
