I can not fault this company's ethics. Brilliant. When I ordered a champagne clip and they didn't have the colour I ordered they contacted me and offered me another colour. I agreed and they said they would throw in an extra one free for my inconvenience. I replied "well I'll even up my numbers and buy another" to which the chap sunnily responded with "Oh we can put it in for free too" Arrived within few days all present and correct. Great service. Would return and recommend for parties to my family and friends.
