Ordered 12 foil animal heads for my sons Noahs ark theamed christening.Although delivery was within the stated timescale the packaging was poor.Balloons came in just an A4 paper envelope with a sticker over the clear window.no protective wrapping.. These balloons were inflated on the morning of the christening and made into balloon animal table centerpieces by a professional .Within 30 minutes of inflation all but 2 animal heads were deflating. We were unable to do anything else with these and this completely spoilt the whole look of the christening. We have sent 3 emails since to speak to someone with regards to the poor quality of these but it seems that poor quality items is not there only issue. Poor costumer care as well. Will not be using again.
