I placed my order on 11/07/16 and received an email on 12/07/16 stating my order was on its way. When I placed the order I was told the delivery would be either on or before 20/07/16, The order is for wedding sparklers on Saturday 23/07/16. The order has not been received and when I checked I was told they could not guarantee delivery, it should be by the end of the week. Sadly that is not good enough because I will not be at my address at the end of the week. The wedding is not local and I travel up in the early hours of Friday morning! Although I have been told I can get a full refund, this does not compensate for the disappointment.
