I ordered them on the 30th October hoping to get them in time for bonfire night. They took over a week to come (missing bonfire night) and so I contacted them via their 'contact us' page on the website at the beginning of this week to ask if I could send them back and get a refund. I still haven't heard anything back from anyone!
