I found the sparklers very good value for money, however the service was poor. I received an email the day after I purchased the sparklers to say they had been despatched. After waiting 4 days I sent an email asking how they would be delivered? I still have not got a reply to my email! The sparklers did finally arrive after I had gone and bought more for my event.
