the customer service is horrible, I had several orders that I received after a long time since I sent out my money, not replying to a customer, they just sent them out anytime they like, which could be 2 weeks, 3 weeks or one month. without noticing you. While on their website, they mentioned all products should be dispatched in the next business after they received the money. They never did that as they claimed.
