Eyes tested 20/06/2022, Still waiting for my glasses. First ones I ordered weren't delivered, but they brought another pair which didn't even fit! Rang to tell them about the poor fit and rang again a few weeks later. Another couple of weeks passed and I rang again and eventually approx. 2 weeks later someone came out to help me choose another frame. I'm still waiting. When I rang again I was told, yesterday that I hadn't paid the full amount and that was what was holding them up. I was told someone would ring me back, they didn't, so I rang again today to be told that someone would ring me back, they haven't! What do I do now, do I cancel the order and ask for my money back?
