I am disappointed with my recent appointments and wish I had never gone. Feb 2025. I had photos and scan of my eyes done by someone who told other staff members it was the first time she had done them on her own...I could tell they were not the same standard as my previous visits. I was repeatedly called "my lovely" which I found irritating, patronising and unprofessional. The staff were not able to answer concerns I have so it was a waste of time. I spent £100 or so on glasses that I am miserable about, and feel like I need to go elsewhere for re tests which I will have to pay for, as well as the inconvenience and time it all takes up. I am very unhappy that they have a prescription for me there that the NHS has paid for that I do not believe is right and I do not trust them.
