Iv been a costomer for many years with specsavers in Northampton ,but today I walked out and I won't be going back ..the attitude of the female on reception "not english" I might add coupled with sitting waiting and then told il wait for a period of 2 hours for my lens then glasses test .I don't think anyone knew what they where doing it was a complete shambles and I'm done!! I'll find an opticians who does know what they're doing and hopefully some staff with a bit of training in costomer services and manners.your loss!.
