I'd rate the service from Speedgraphic as very good but the products I bought were disappointing.
I bought a Jobo 1520 developing tank and find loading the film onto the spiral difficult, the film tends to stick before it's fully on. Nowhere near as good as the Paterson system.
I also bought a Stearman Press SP-445 4x5" developing tank, the top feels as though it's about to come off so I have to put some gaffer tape over it as a safeguard.
