One of the items was on back order. It took 5 weeks to fullfil the order. I don't recall seeing any information on their website on how long it would take.
I had to instigate all communication relating to updates and order progress. Although I got a reply to every email, within 24 hours, the response was terse, to say the least.
Would I order from them again? Yes, but only if the item was in stock.
