I ordered for an event with next day delivery but two days after they hadn't arrived. On contacting Speed Graphic, I was told that Royal Mail had attempted two deliveries and then returned the parcel to Speed Graphic. This was puzzling as we are a public building open from 8am to 10pm daily. I have asked for our account to be credited but am unaware if this has happened.
