First class and fast service. I had a small problem as I found I had ordered the wrong size photo bag for my new camera. This was solved with ease as the paperwork necessary to return goods was already included with the original delivery - just in case.
I followed the instructions and received the correct size by return of post.
Result - one happy customer.
It is rare these days, yet so nice, to see a company that anticipates such problems in advance and, as a result, I feel they genuinely value my custom.
