The product was shipped on the day it was ordered. It arrived in excellent condition and was well packed and protected.
There was a days delay caused by the delivery company (Interlink Express). I was advised by e mail of the delay but nothing more. Having let Speed Graphic know the following morning, I was telephoned by them by someone who had done her research and knew when I could expect the delivery, as well as being apologetic. She was proved to be correct. Just a pity Interlinks communication systems so poor.
