Very quick initial delivery. Unfortunately, the power cable didn't seem to fit the device, so when I phoned customer service they agreed to send a replacement, which also arrived quickly. Sadly, it still doesn't work so I have to think again about a solution but the service from Speed Graphic has been very good.
