I ordered a Novoflex adapter from SpeedGraphic (Leica SL to Olympus OM) which turned out not to fit the Leica very well. SpeedGraphic were very good about, firstly, exchanging the adapter for another one, and, secondly, refunding me when the replacement did not fit either. Friendly and helpful on the phone, prompt to deliver items.
