The lady I spoke to on the phone was so super helpful - nothing was too much trouble and she went and checked out specs of a product for me and called me back. Also, on speaking to her I realised they actually had all the gear I was after so managed to find it online in the store with her help (website not so easy to find products on unless you know specifically what you want!). Overall a fab customer experience. The only thing I would say they need to do is work on the online purchasing experience.
