Gentleman I have only made a few purchases from yourselves over the years - mainly Billingham bags of various sizes 4 of which I still own and are used regularly however not all are containing photographic equipment now - but that is the flexibility of an excellent product The advice and service I have received over the years has always been genuine and consistent We had a walkstool collapse and this was promptly replaced and the manufacturing error has never happened again and the walkstools are used a great deal now we have retired So thank you for the service I have received from you regards Richard Belsham
