I bought a Plustek film scanner at a good price. Delivery was prompt.
The included scanning software (Silverfast) wasn't compatible with Windows 10, but the SpeedGraphic helpdesk were helpful in explaining how to get a W/10 version from the Silverfast website.
The 24-digit serial number is extremely easy to mistype (fives and esses look identical) but I got there in the end. I didn't find Silverfast intuitive to use but I persevered and I'm very happy with it now.
