I have been dealing with "Speed Graphic" for more years than l care to try and remember and l have only experienced one hit-up. I ordered some sensor, lens and general camera cleaning materials to be delivered to my office before departing for a long period in the Cairngorms.
The day before l left for Scotland, the order still hadn't arrived. I rang "SG" who profoundly apologised. and said l would receive the order in Scotland. The order arrived at the hotel before l did. Amazing. Thank you to David and your team.
