Great range of products and, for me, the best range of Gitzo QR plates for my tripod and at the very best price. Was advised by email that one of my long plates would be on back order as they'd only one in stock. Not an issue for me. The first batch of QR plates arrived well packaged and speedily. Kept me advised about plate on back order and contacted me once it was dispatched. All good. Experienced same level of excellent service when I bought some WalkStools from them some years back. Always a good company to consider for a lot of camera related kit.
