The collection was promised within 60 mins but after 30 min of arranging collection we were notified that there was a shortage of Drivers in the 'collection' area and there would be a delay, therefore the collection was not collected until 2 hours after arranging. This was not ideal but nothing could be done. This was a drawback for me but I understood the situation. The delivery time from collection to delivery was as approximated considering London traffic.
This was a one off emergency station for us but I would consider using this company again.
