The best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. The 2 ladies I dealt with couldn't have been more pleasant, friendly or helpful, they were exceptional. Having already phoned 2 courier companies for a quote who sounded like they couldn't care less about my business, it was a breath of fresh air to talk to someone who sounded genuinely interested and understand the urgency and importance of the delivery of my parcel. I was offered regular telephone updates which happened as promised. I just wish I needed to use couriers more often so that I could give Speedy Couriers more business!
