Got a prompt call regarding an item out of stock and mentioned alternative with part refund. Was also accommodating regarding refund versus purchase of split pack item. Would have received 'very good' but the order was deficient a couple of items. Called and deficient items arrived the next day as promised. Speedypack are very good compared to most on-line purchases.
