I signed up to Speedy tests and they found me a test date months earlier than I could find. You have to book a test with the DVSA first then sign up with Speedy tests. You select which areas, days, dates or times that you want them to look for test dates, so it is personalised for you. I selected the Auto book which costs slightly more but means that I knew that it was booked. You can still change it later if it's not suitable. once I had a date that wanted I went back into my account and changed the settings to 'not auto book', that way I knew that my date wouldn't be changed unless I wanted it to. I was luck that I passed first time, but if I hadn't I could just reschedule my plan to look for another cancellation. If they don't find you a date I believe that you get your money back so you've nothing to lose. I was constantly looking myself for a test date on the DVSA site but never found anything. I can't reccommend enough. All my friends want to sign up too now. I'M NOW A HAPPY DRIVER. Thanks
