First time I used the app, I got a cancellation within 3 days. Since then I sadly failed my test, so decided to try and search again, paying for the highest package to improve my chances.
It’s been a month now, and I’ve not had a single text. I want my money back for the upgrade, but nobody has responded to my customer support query for over a month now.
