Terrible service. No one can reply to your e-mail query. I used to get test dates for my exam, I have not got dates for more than 2 months now. Not sure if this company still works. I sent an e-mail on 15th September no one bothers to reply to date. Also sent messages via Facebook chat they have seen the messages but did not give a reply.
***Strictly dont use this service. I doubt this service still works after DVLA changes. ***
