I had an issue with signal meaning I missed out on a test however the next day I got an even better one. Absolutely amazing i cant imagine that i would have got one nearly as early without the subscription. Took me 4 days to get a test 7 weeks earlier than the one I booked. You have to be prepared to be quick on your toes and don't take a gamble if a date comes along that you want. Overall an amazing service and something I doubted but it 100% works.
