Good service overall, email service is fast and responsive. Only problem I encountered is when I replied "book" to one of the test cancellation texts, I was told the DVSA website went down at that time and it could not be booked so had to wait longer. Not their fault though. Good value for money as if you don't pass your test they'll look for another cancellation until you finally pass. Wish I had bought the service sooner. 👍
