I ordered. After more then two weeks, no delivery (to Belgium). Sent an e-mail. Answer the next day. Some items of my order were out of stock and they were waiting a delivery from India. They proposed to send the available goods and make a refund for the unavailable. A few days later I received the goods, properly, well packed. Without any (track-and-trace) communication from GLS, the parcel delivery company.
So; it took a while, but finally all good and not a scam.
