I had an order sent to me without them paying the postage - despite me paying £4.95 p&p - and had to collect the parcel from the post office and pay the fine. I have emailed several times without reply, I have tried to phone but there is only a message on the phone asking you to go to the website. I cannot understand how a company with such poor customer relations can continue to operate. I had been buying from them for several years but will now buy my spices from elsewhere and would advise other customers to do likewise
