I agree they are not good at communication - no phone number and no email address, and no response to my three on-line queries. However, allowing for a holiday period over Christmas, and a reasonably common return to work date of 6 January, I cannot complain. I received a delivery notification on 6 January, and the goods, just as ordered, on 7 January. If they had just told me they were on holiday over Christmas, or even acknowledged my messages, I would have had no complaints.
