Spiral have started using a different garment supplier and they are way too small and a lower quality. I returned the one my sister bought me as a gift and, although they have repeatedly told me they would send a replacement they have not, and numerous staff have apologised but subsequently just ignore me.
I’ve been waiting for a year now and they won’t even return the one I sent back. Rubbish sizes and rubbish customer service.
