After countless follow-ups, it became clear they (Bianca) had no intention of resolving anything. It felt more like being scammed than being treated as a client. It’s honestly sad how some businesses operate today — no respect, no responsibility, just quick to take your money and vanish when things go wrong. Trust matters, and once it’s broken, it’s hard to rebuild. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
