I had a milia removal procedure done using cryotherapy at this clinic, (he visited my home) and unfortunately, it made the issue significantly worse. The treated area became larger and more inflamed. I have PoTS Syndrome (a neurological/autonomic condition) and raised concerns about whether the procedure was suitable, but I was reassured it would be fine. No aftercare advice or skin product recommendations were provided at all. I’ve since had to pay for the milia to be properly removed elsewhere, where I was told that cryotherapy is generally not appropriate for people with neurological conditions like PoTS. I also contacted the clinic after the procedure to express my concerns, but my message was completely ignored — no follow-up, no support, no acknowledgment. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using this clinic for any cosmetic or dermatological treatments, especially if you have underlying health conditions. The lack of proper assessment, inadequate aftercare, and disregard for communication and patient well-being are extremely concerning.
