If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid £279 for a cryotherapy treatment here, and I genuinely saw zero improvement. Not even a minor change. When I brought it up, the clinic refused to take any responsibility and simply said “results vary.” No refund. No apology. Just a casual offer to pay more money for another round that might also not work. I was told most clients have results — but in my case, nothing happened. And apparently, that’s my problem, not theirs. The only “solution” was a 30% discount to spend even more, even though I’ve already wasted nearly £300 with no results. This experience felt like a money trap — once you pay, you’re on your own, no matter what outcome you get. There’s no proper aftercare, no real customer protection, and no accountability when the treatment fails. Avoid this place if you value your money, your skin, and your peace of mind.
