I am pleased with all aspects of your service and the quality of the product I bought. There is however, one thing that prevented me me from giving you a Very Good rating; the colour accuracy of my splashback. I purchased "pearlised copper", the colour is not copper and it is virtually impossible to detect any pearlisation in the finish. The colour does not match what is shown on your website, very disappointing.
