We ordered 2 splashbacks for our new kitchen, based on mock-ups produced by Lee-anne's team. One of the splashbacks was perfect. The other was very different from its mock-up and we didn't like it. We felt there should have been consultation with us before they chose to change it. Lee-anne stopped replying to our emails and we have had no further response despite our attempts to contact them. There is no way of phoning the company to try to resolve this issue. We have not been able to use the splashback they sent. I would not use this company again.
