This is an honest review of a splashback which I've ordered with this company. I have to admit that I've never expected such a long delivery time and such a bad image quality. If I'd have a choice again then I'd never use this company. The product is expensive with a very poor image quality. Image Quality: Poor I've ordered a world map image and what I received is of much different quality to what I initially ordered. It's also different to the image I was provided before the print. It is a terrible print like from a mobile phone or just simple JPG file and it's not professionaly looking at all: - the names of countries are blurry and have bad shape, but should be sharp - the shadows are badly done - there are irregular white backgrounds around some letters while some others don't have it - it looks like a 'Pixels' movie! I've contacted the company about it and I've received the following answer: - 'unfortunately there is no option to return because you do not like the print' [On Tue, Oct 10] Glass quality: acceptable I think that the glass quality is acceptable. It seems solid, but I'm not to sure how else I can test it within 24 hours after the delivery. Delivery: Very long time The production and delivery took over 2 months: - an order was made on the 31st July 2017 - delivery was done on the 9th October 2017. I've been contacting the seller few times asking about the delivery date and the only response I've got was: - 'Thank you for your email, your order is with our printer at present and in process of being done - when it is returned back - which may be tomorrow , but also may be next week [...] once done will be ready to leave.' [On Thu, Sep 14, 2017 at 2:11 PM] - 'your order is still with our printer [...] we are pushing this through asap [...] We hope to have it back in the next few days' [On Mon, Oct 2, 2017] Delivery package: Good This was a really well packed product and the package really makes sure that the glass will arrive securely. I do have all the emails I've sent to and received from this seller. I also wanted to include the photos proving the terrible image quality, but the splashbacks-uk doesn't allow any photos in their reviews.
