We are happy with the item but not with the delivery service. We paid for courier delivery and I took annual leave and waited in all day for this. The cut off time according to the message I received was 18:00. This item did not arrive at all. We spoke to the delivery company who said that they would deliver the next day when I would be at work! My husband had to then go and get the item himself. The next day I spoke with a member of your team and explained what had happened. She promised to take this forward and let me know what would be done. To date I have received no further communication from your company which is very disappointing. We paid in good faith for the delivery to be included but was really let down. I would like the delivery charge at the very least refunded as I lost a whole days annual leave, plus fuel for our own pick up. I await your reply. Kind regards Julie Clark
